IF HUBBY CAN INSTALL WITHOUT A HASSLE, THEN I LOVE IT! Oct 30, 2009
By A. Miller The product seemed sturdy and strong, and the components glide off each other smoothly, so it was not those pieces of junk you sometimes get where the screw holes are too small, or they're missing pieces, and the whole thing looks like it can't hold a dime. I was happy with its constitution.
And since I'm use to product "problems" during installation, I was pleasantly surprised that with only a minimal amount of "holding" as my husband screwed it in, it was done in no time. Most of the time & hassles in installing is spent finding a stud to mount it in, and making sure its level.
Happy with product!

Great Product for the Price Sep 26, 2008

I gave this a 5 because of what you get for the money. If you buy a Fifty dollar wall mount don''t expect the best.
I think the wall mount works great, and the metal is pretty high quality for the money. There is a plastic casing that goes over it to make it look nice, you can take the plastic off if you don''t like it.
Fifty dollars gets you this, don''t hold it to the same standard as a $100 part. You want a $100 part for $50... you''ll never find such a part.

Does the job Feb 21, 2010
By OLD Used a flat 1/4" oversized back plate to stradle metel stud and bolt thru to a closet. Mounted a 32" sony lcd at full extension-scary. Bouncey and sagged over 1" ,but the adjustments compensated for every drawback. Had to take the weight off the arm to use adjustment arm knob. Worried about all the play when moving to adjust but it's set and forget so who cares. Box store had similar item and was told not to buy cheap china on line. Box store item was made in china so I took their advice -saved 100.00 for same item on line-I like to "BUY AMERICAN" if I can but everything seems to be made in china or somewhere else.

Great Product and affordable Aug 04, 2008
By Nitram This was a real value and most affordable. One thing is getting the angle, a bit of a hassle but once you set it...it is good to go..

for my flat screen tv Oct 16, 2011
By Carmen L. Munoz-lugo So far, so good. Take off the wall bracket and take off the TV bracket, leave arms aside. First put the wall bracket, use level to make sure the bracket is straight, make your marks on the wall and make your holes with a drill. After the wall plate is in place and secured, place the arms on the wall bracket. Then but the TV Bracket on the TV. Then have someome lift and hold in place The TV with it's bracket in place and unite to the arm and put upward the screw and secure the nut.
