NOT COMPATIBLE Jul 16, 2008

These ink cartridges are not at all compatible with my printer. After weeks of wondering why they were not working I finally took them to Staples. A knowledgeable sales associate there peeled off the sticker on each one which showed #'s 71 and 20 which are not compatible whatsoever with the Lexmark Z22 printer. I feel like I was ripped off and I'd like my account credited. Please reply. Thank you.
