They say opposites attract. I'm a gadget freak, my wife is a gadget hater, so I guess it's true. I bought this headset because I no longer wanted to be one of those pinhead drivers who threaten the safety of everyone else by driving with their cell phone plastered to their ear. The H620 enjoys excellent battery life, is attractive, small, very light weight, and fits perfectly in my ear. I hardly know I'm wearing it. I bought it because the package said it had special audio features, like noise cancellation and an echo inhibitor, that made it ideal for use in a moving vehicle. I must admit that when I talk with people from my car, they don't seem to realize I'm wearing a headset. I called my wife and said, "Honey, I'm wearing a new wireless headset, how does my voice sound to you?" She answered "OK, I guess - not bad at all." Believe me, that's VERY high praise coming from my wife. It doesn't get any better than that. This thing MUST be good.

I purchased this bluetooth when my other Motorola bluetooth got where it wouldn't hold a charge. I love this one, with 1 exception (hence the 4 stars instead of 5).
PROS:
This bluetooth is very easy to turn on/off and its super easy to adjust the volume and end calls. I love that it has an On/Off switch rather than pressing a single button multiple times and watching for lights to determine if it was on or off. This one is also very good at canceling out background noise for the people I'm speaking with on the phone. I only have to charge it once or twice a week as opposed to after every time I use it. It holds a charge for a long time.
CONS:
This bluetooth is uncomfortable to wear and the piece that goes over the top of my ear is extremely difficult to put on with one hand. I don't wear my bluetooth all the time and only put it on when I receive or make a call. As a female, it is quite hard to fit the piece inside my ear and then put the loop over the top of my ear, without trapping my hair underneath. The piece that fits inside my ear is extremely uncomfortable, despite the fact that it comes with a little rubber guard. My ear will hurt almost immediately after putting this one.
Having said all that, I would still recommend this bluetooth in comparison to previous Motorola models.

I've been using this headset for a month now and have found it to be of excellent design and performance. Audio quality is great ,it's easy to use and it lasts for awhile on one charge. The fit is comfortable and you forget it's on sometimes. I also like the quick shut-off button.

Good low price bluetooth for iPhone + a USB charge cable recommendation Oct 16, 2010

I had a Blue Ant that worked well but for some reason, the volume was weak with my iPhone. I did not want to spend a ton of money on a bluetooth device since I only use it while driving and am not one of those guys who loves to walk around and feel important with a bluetooth. That said, I looked around and decided that this was worth a try (especially for a sale price of $15). I was very happy with this purchase. The setup is a snap and it was quickly recognized by my iPhone. I immediately noticed the sound in my ear was much better so I was happy right there.
I checked with some people on calls and they could hear me fine. I had one complaint, albeit minor, which was no charge cord was included for a USB. I have a nice charger in my car for my iPhone that allows for a USB connection. Some quick internet work, my recommendation is to buy the USB micro cable BlackBerry USB Cable Micro USB 1.0m (Black) for $1.42 with free shipping! It works perfectly for in car charging. No need to drag around a wall charger now.
While others may complain about comfort and such, it fits my ear fine and if very lightweight and easy to use. For the money, one can't go wrong. I would not hesitate to purchase this again.

I previously had a Jarba and Logitech headsets which worked fine but were very uncomfortable. I purchased this h620 with Amazon and free shipping for about 40 bucks. It arrived, I charged it for 2 hours - paired it with my phone with NO issues at all - it fits PERFECTLY and you barely notice its even on/in your ear - fantastic voice quality and folks on other end do not know you are on a headset.
I LOVE IT - getting one for the wife in a few min.
