Great product great price Apr 04, 2010
By Shoes Esq. I purcheased this bluetooth because my previous one would no longer charge after only having it a year. I received it 3 days after I ordered it and it has been great. The sound is clear and it fits snuggly in my ear, something most bluetooths do not do. I can use it while working out and it doesn't flop off my ear. This was a great purchase and I have already recommended it to my friends.

Good low price bluetooth for iPhone + a USB charge cable recommendation Oct 16, 2010

I had a Blue Ant that worked well but for some reason, the volume was weak with my iPhone. I did not want to spend a ton of money on a bluetooth device since I only use it while driving and am not one of those guys who loves to walk around and feel important with a bluetooth. That said, I looked around and decided that this was worth a try (especially for a sale price of $15). I was very happy with this purchase. The setup is a snap and it was quickly recognized by my iPhone. I immediately noticed the sound in my ear was much better so I was happy right there.
I checked with some people on calls and they could hear me fine. I had one complaint, albeit minor, which was no charge cord was included for a USB. I have a nice charger in my car for my iPhone that allows for a USB connection. Some quick internet work, my recommendation is to buy the USB micro cable BlackBerry USB Cable Micro USB 1.0m (Black) for $1.42 with free shipping! It works perfectly for in car charging. No need to drag around a wall charger now.
While others may complain about comfort and such, it fits my ear fine and if very lightweight and easy to use. For the money, one can't go wrong. I would not hesitate to purchase this again.
Thanks for reading and at the very least, you know where to get a cheap micro USB cable for charging this H620 Motorola Bluetooth Headset.

good enough Jul 29, 2010
By Thomas A Bayer This item shipped with a non-U.S. power adapter. I need to go to the local phone store now to purchase a charger. The headset works with my cellular phone and with my netbook. The sound is fine when I use it with my phone and not great when I use it with my computer. The item is packaged with an information card that explains the buttons and indicator light. Most everyday tasks are easy to figure out on this headset.

Great Headset Nov 01, 2009
I had a headset for several years that was old and I lost it. So, I went online and bought this one and it's MUCH better than the other. I would highly recommend this product. Just note that it takes some getting use to because it sits down inside your ear.
Inconsistant Junk May 01, 2012

This is a complete pice of junk. It will only complete calls after many failed attempts to identify the person to be called. I will say call and the person to be called's name, then the device will either not be able to identify the name, or it will start to call a name totally unlike the name I said. It has other annoying features such as responding correctly to the name, and then going to information read out and then shutting off. In short if you want to be annoyed and then infurated, go agead and buy this device. The only good thing about this is once you manage to get it to place a call is that the sound quality is good.
