Okay... Jun 07, 2010
By Ben Cheah I was not very happy that the product I received did not come with all the fittings for around the ear and all the earbud fittings either. It just came with one of each, and therefore does not fit all that well on me. The price was good, but it looks to be like the item was used before, not brand new. The product also has issues with the main button sticking. Other than that it works okay.

Good but fiddly Nov 09, 2010
By MedIT This is the best bluetooth headset I've owned; however, I'm not sure that's saying much.
Good: The clear benefit of this is particular headset is that the person on the other end of the call can hear you even if you have significant background noise. I've done a bit of experimenting calling myself on another phone and it really transmits almost nothing so if you use your phone in loud places this is a real step up from the built in mic (on my phone at least) and other headsets. The downside is that you sound a bit strange on the other end (as if you are in a giant room talking to someone 10 ft away).
Work knowing: The speaker is decent. I've found the max volume isn't all that high (again loud environments) but is adequate.
The headset is comfortable for about an hour. After that it starts to hurt my ear. This isn't a deal breaker for me but if you plan on wearing it all day the pressure fit ear plug part might not be a great design for you.
Bad: It has a strange little proprietary charger. I wish it used a standard micro or mini USB so I could interchange with other devices. I find the prospect of a "custom" charger for each device very annoying at this point.
The headset is very fiddly. Although it connected to both my phone and laptop without any problems I've found that the lack of discrete buttons is a problem. The "buttons" are pressed by pushing different parts of the outside shell of the headset. The particular places aren't obvious and I find it awkward to hold the device and hit the buttons (pairing, turning on/off) because the whole thing is a button. When you press the main button you cover up the blinky LED that provides the only feedback from the device. Of course if you ear is doing the holding for you the holding isn't a problem and the LED is irrelevant.

NICE SOUND QUALITY Oct 16, 2010
By J. Chin This is the third Jawbone. Love the excellent noise cancellation, it just cannot be beat (at least none that I know of).
One major FLAW ... the rubber piece over the hearing part keeps falling off. All you need to do is rub it, and it rotates then falls off. I've lost many ear covers. Wish they would just redesign that part of an otherwise excellent product.

Not as good as expected May 26, 2011
By Heidi Archambault I had a jawbone...lost it, so purchased this one and it is no where near as good as my first one. It is the EXACT same product, so not sure what that's about. People just can't hear me very well. I was pretty bummed. I loved my original one.

Sounds good, but falls out of my ear Oct 17, 2010
By Tracy R. Reed None of the rubber bits really fit my ear at all. This thing is constantly falling out. I am going to have custom ear molds made for it by Avery Sound. Then it will be pretty close to perfect. My only other complaint would be that while trying to adjust it and hold it on my ear I sometimes accidentally click it and hang up the call.
