Ordered 4 of these Dual port HDMI wall plates on a Saturday and had them Wednesday. Service was fast and they came packaged with the HDMI jack plate, a square decora style outlet box cover and the screws needed to mount the plate in the box and mount the cover plate over it. I tested them all out and they worked great for sending 1080i/720p video from a cable STB to the TV. I tested them by connecting HDMI from STB to a plate, another HDMI to the next plate, and an HDMI cable from this second plate to the TV, creating the chain of connections as it will be in the wall, and had no HDCP or other issues. I am happy with the prices, shipping, and the product. I'd buy them again.

I debated over several types and went with this one. It works great. I was also glad to see that it was not attached to the wall plate so that it can fit into other standard Decor wall plate combinations.
