WHAT A RIP OFF! Jan 12, 2009
By T. L. Yarborough The price is obscene plus they charge $25 for S&H. Also you can't buy the large black separately and the printer won't work without it. The small black is for "special printing" not regular text.

Has to Be a Mistake in Pricing Oct 28, 2008

I won't jeopardize the operation of my Pixma 800 multipass combination printer, so I always bite the bullet and buy a set of genuine Canon replacement ink cartridges before the ones in the printer run out of ink. The price for this particular item HAS to be a mistake. At first, I thought it might contain three complete sets of five cartridges, but on further investigation found no evidence to justify the outrageously high price.
The smaller black ink cartridges do not run out as fast as the color cartridges, and I have accumulated a lot of the black No. 8 cartridges, which come in each set. I wish the three-color sets of cartridges were more reasonably priced since I don't need so many black ones.
I am not going to order THIS overpriced item.

It must be a missprint! Oct 28, 2008
By William S. Beller

The ink is equal to the price of liquid gold. $129,99 is more than I paid for the Pixma MP610 printer itself. It'd be cheaper to buy another printer and get the ink with it. What's going on here? This makes me buy the "compatible" inks.

Buy It at Sam's Club Jul 26, 2009
By pookieadams When I bought this Canon 5 Ink Cartridge set through Amazon about a year ago, it seems like I paid $49 for it. It was expensive, but worth it to me not to have to deal with leaky cartridges. I can't believe the asking price is $72 now -- almost a 50 percent increase! I just bought this same package at Sam's Club for under $59. I'm trying to get up the courage to try a cheaper alternative next time. Until then, I'm buying the Canon cartridges at Sam's.

this ink doesn't cost more than $30. You gotta be an idiot to buy it from this seller.
