Warning - NOT fully compatible with Dell 966/968 Feb 02, 2010

Bought both a black and color cartridge. Both had ink but registered as "empty" on printer. Had to hit "continue" every time I printed because I would get a "cartridge empty" message. Incoming faxes would not print at all as I received a message that said "replace cartridges to print faxes". DO NOT PURCHASE until they fix this problem!!

I bought 2 color cartridges, neither had any ink in them, I contacted the seller direct & he blamed it on "humor error" by the mfg. Neither of the catridges had ink in them. The from label says re-emanfacured in the USA, but a stick on label on the said of the cartridge says Made in Mexico. I bought a total of 2 color cartridges and none of them worked. 2 out of 2 defective products is not a good track record. Seller made refund.

I got the black cartridge for my Dell 966 all in one and it didn't work so I'm not even trying this one. I end up buying some Office depot cartridges that actually work.

Total crap and a waste of money and it would cost me more to send it back and my time. Do not buy these as they are bad refurbished items when they claim to be new.
