I gave this a 3 star rating because I bought two of them, one worked and one did not. When I opened and put the first one in the machine, it made a horrible noise when we tried to print or copy, and the printer made black lines over the paper as if there were scratches on the drum. I immediately removed the toner, and installed the second one I bought. It worked well without a problem. I just had one defective toner. The return for refund was seamless. They paid for the return UPS shipping; they sent me a link, and I printed out mailing label, and the UPS truck was dispatched to pick up the parcel. Refund was posted to my credit card. I would buy from them again.

I can't recommend this product. Supposedly this cartridge should deliver 5,000 pages. Of course, no cartridge ever delivers what it says it will - usually you can get about 3500 pages out of a 5,000 page cartridge. This one, however, delivers only 1,500 pages before pooping out. That wouldn't be a problem if it was advertised accurately - but it's not. I started getting the "low toner" message after only about 1,000 pages. I got about twice as many pages from the "sample" toner cartridge that came with the printer! And once it starts streaking, no amount of shaking will yield more than 10 streak-free pages at a time.
Also, the printer made a LOT of noise after this cartridge was installed - I have to think it was because of the rollers in the cartridge.
If you're looking for a high-quality replacement cartridge that delivers what the name brand cartridge does in terms of page-yield, look elsewhere.

These toners are a great deal. Work just fine with my Cannon and save me a lot of money! Seem to last too, at least so far.

Cartridge worked perfectly in my Canon ImageClass MF-6540. Arrived in 2 days with Prime. About 1/8 the price of the genuine canon product.
