I ordered this because their ad on Amazon said NOTHING about remanufactured or "compatible". When it arrived it plainly said "remanufactured". If I had known that, why would I pay $46 for it when others are available for under $30? When I contacted Abacus they would do nothing but accept the item back with me paying shipping both ways. They blamed Amazon and me for the mistake and refused to help a dissatisfied customer. No comment on quality of the cartridge because I did not open the box.
