I have been disappointed in this seller's products. Both types of ink cartridges, Black and Color, had little ink in them.
When I pulled off the seller's label on the Black cartridge, I found the original DELL label. I wondered why would the seller would leave the DELL label in place. So, I peeled off the DELL label and found the top of the cartridge untouched from being refilled. This tells me that they did nothing to the cartridge but resell it. No refill of ink. And from my past experience of purchasing from DELL directly for these cartridges, I was able to get at least 4 times more pages printing when I bought from DELL than I did from this seller.
The Color cartridge was different. I peeled of the seller's label and found no label underneath of it. I did find three holes which tells me they took a used cartridge and refilled it. It is okay to me that they are not new, but the problem is that there is so little ink being placed into these cartridges. Again, the ones I purchased directly from DELL printed alot more pages then this one.

replaced the black and color ink catridges in my Dell printer. Colors are not good and will not print yellow. Sorry

After reading some naysayers review about the ink. I decided to give it a try. The price was absoulty great. You can not find Dell ink anywhere near this price. The ink works well no problems at all with the ink level on my Dell printer... The ink arrived right on time and was very well packaged.. I will recommened this site to anyone who wants a great product at a great price.

this item was sent to me with no ink. i put it in my printer and it state empty so i try print anyway and the print was faded due to an empty cartridge try to print again and again and it only got worse. the worst thing ever bought on amazon.
