 Good Toner at a Good Price. Jun 07, 2010

Even though this cartridge is a compatible and not a brand name Brother toner cartridge, it has performed as well as the brand name cartridge since I received it. The sellers shipping was reasonably fast and I am satisfied with the purchase overall. I would be happy to buy another one of these toners in the future and the best part is that it costs about $40 less than what you would give for the name brand cartridge.

I was tired of paying $60+ for toner, and read the good reviews here on Amazon. When I received the toner cartridge, it fit right in, and was ready to go. Unfortunately, it left a trail of toner on my desk, in the drum, everywhere. I never had this with genuine Brother replacements. I printed 10-20 pages; the quality was consistently poor. The ink had a powdery feel on the paper, and left a very light haze in the background. The ink smudged and transferred to other paper when touched. I am wrapping them up and sending them back to Amazon and the seller.

The cartridge came nicely and securely packed. I liked that. It is producing sharp prints, that is great as well. I bought 3 item pack, and currently using the first one. But I am not yet at a position to say anything about how many pages it can print per cartridge. At this point, my only complaint is that the product did not say TN-350 or compatible. It had a different number, which worried me. It was a bit difficult snapping it in place in the printer cartridge attachment. At first it appeared to be not fitting. So, I had to apply a gentle force. I don't think its a good experience. I had used another TN 350 compatible toner, had no issues there similar to this. But I believe overall its a good product at a reasonable price and service. I would recommend it.

I hapy with toner, it is good quality for reasonable price. I am using it for few weeks now and it seems that will last same time as brand one. Shipping was very quick.

My advice: don't do it!
This is a terrible product. TERRIBLE!!!
The cartridge arrived in very nice packaging, so I had high hopes. But, when I opened the black bag containing the cartridge, toner literally exploded everywhere. I figured the package must have been mis-handled in transit and the toner spilled a little. MISTAKE. Ends up it's just a crappy, leaky cartridge.
I should have known better at this point, but, after cleaning up the cartridge, I put it in the printer. MISTAKE. Of the first 6 pages I printed, only two came out, totally globbed and crusted with toner. It was literally 1/16-inch thick. The other 4 pages just outright jammed the printer. I've been using this printer for three years and it's never jammed on me once. Now it's jammed 4 out of 6 tries. The jammed pages were all gummed up with the same super-thick layer of toner.
I am heading, immediately, to Staples to buy the expensive, but reliable, product from Brother.
If I could give this product zero or negative stars I would.
DO NOT BUY!!!
