I'm very pleased with this product and the merchant. I was amazed at the value of the 10 pack set, which I got for the price of a 2-pack set that I would have normally paid for at Office Max or Office Depot, which was absolutely wonderful. I later figured the price was cheap because the quality was probably poor, but I'm happy to report that the quality is also excellent, which, as far I'm concerned, is the same as the ridiculously more expensive Brother brand. Lastly, the turnaround time from the merchant was simply superb - I received the cartridges in the same week I purchased it on Amazon.

Finally took the plunge Aug 10, 2010

I have been hesitant to try any ink not from the manufacturer. Never have used re-fills or such. So far, I have been extremely happy with this ink. Can't tell a difference at all between this and Brother, except in the price....big difference there! Shipping and delivery were as promised, but I felt like it could have been quicker. Def will buy again!

The item arrived promptly and as described. The black ink cartridges were a different style/brand than the color. All of the inks have been replaced. I've had some issues with print quality. For about 1 1/2 pages the black printed in streaks. Also, after I changed the Cyan my color was off. I popped the cartridge out and reinserted and it was much better after the printer went through a cleaning cycle. If these are the issues that I continue to have, I would purchase the item again since the price was so good. The printer is used for home printing.

I got 4 blacks and 2 of each color for a very good price. They work just as well if not better than name brand inks which would cost over 100$

For years and years, I was a stickler for using only the official, brand name ink for my printers. Now that printers have decreased in cost so much that it would cost me more to replace all four ink cartridges than it would to buy a brand new printer, I decided enough was enough and took a leap of faith into the land of cheap compatible ink. To be honest, I didn't expect to be overly impressed by the print quality of cartridges costing little more than a buck apiece, but I was willing to live with that in exchange for the money I would save. My doubts seemed to be justified when I printed my first color document and found it quite deficient on the red end of the scale. I removed the magenta cartridge, shook it up a little bit, and put it back in - and, lo and behold, all the colors were well represented on my next print job. As far as these eyes can tell, the color of these discount cartridges is just as vibrant as that of official Brother ink cartridges, including the black. With all the cartridges that came in this bundle, I don't think I'll need to buy any more ink for a while - but when the time comes, I'll be buying another one of these Brother-compatible bulk sets.
