Good, not great. Dec 12, 2009
By Joseph Freund I have long held an aversion to non-OEM ink cartridges, fearing incompatibility or poor quality printouts. However, as a poor college student, I finally decided it was time to stop being so silly and give some cheaper ink cartridges a shot. Turns out, I was right all along.
From the moment I snapped off the orange seal, I was skeptical. I compared the sponge at the bottom of both of the cartridges, and it was clear that the OEM Canon cartridge that I had just removed was of higher quality than this OEM cartridge. I snapped this cartridge in, and my printer made no fuss at all. It was accepted just fine, installed easily... no hassle whatsoever. It was when the printing started that I took issue.
The print quality is noticeably lower than that of the Canon cartridges. Note that I printed text. The letters were not as crisp, the ink was not as dark... I was sorely disappointed with the outcome. I was in the middle of printing out the plansbook for a final project, and the instructor is going to turn the page to find that the appendices look a lot better than the text of the report itself. I have not tried printing photos, but I'm not too optimistic about the prospective results there.
Long story short, if you need to print text and don't care too much about the quality, these are a good bet. However, I'm really nitpicky about this kind of thing and will not be buying again.

Good quality alternative for OEM Canon cartridges Aug 23, 2009
By Albietross I purchased these ink cartridges for my Pixma MP620, half-way thinking they would either crap out right away or my printer wouldn't read the chip. I was happily surprised to see that my printer worked just fine, and the print quality of photos was very comparable to the OEM cartridges. I ended up spending about 1/3 of the price of the name brand ones. Highly recommend!

works just like the original Canon Ink Sep 13, 2009

I was worried it would not be as good as the original ink but it is. Use this in my MP620; and for what Canon charges twice as much, I am excited to find this product and would recommend it.

Low quality replacement Dec 25, 2009
By Dale B I have installed the three color cartridges, and I am not very happy with them. First, two of the cartridges got ink on my hands when I unwrapped them (this never happened with the Canon brand). Second, I tried printing some color photos and the color quality was terrible.
I'll stick with Canon brand from now on.

Canon Multipack Ink Tanks Sep 14, 2009

These ink tanks are working just fine. I have had no compatibility issues and they seem to last as long as the original Canon tanks. I will purchase again shortly.
