This cable works fine for syncing or charging the Zune, and it is cheap. But it would seem they cut corners on the insulation to help get the price down. If you use it to keep your Zune charged while listening in the car over an FM transmitter, you will hear constant interference.

The build quality is nowhere near the stock cable, but it works transferring the ones and zeros.
My biggest complaint is that the physical connection with the Zune is not that tight. If the cable is jostled, the data connection with the computer is broken.

My official Zune HD cable broke so i bought this no wanting to spend 20+ for an official chord. I only payed $3 from BargainCell and got the cable really fast. It's pretty good nothing special about it. It syncs and charges which is what i need. Some cords only charge so this is great. ;)
