Not compatible with dell 926, worked for one print then it printer says that there is a cartige problem. I have tried several procedures to bi-pass this with no sucess. the only way to return is using a lable that i threw away with the box. so im stuck with it.

Dell MK992 & Dell MK993 Compatible Remanufactured Series 9 Combo Pack - 1 Black & 1 Color High Capacity Ink Cartridges
I bought this product in July of 2009. It's the 1st of January and the ink is still flowing. I print out a lot of paper. Payment confirmations, schedules, letters, lyrics, and etc. I am suprised it has lasted me this long. Great product and very cheap. As opposed to Dell's website charging me about 30+ for a black ink cartridge and another 27+ for a color cartridge.

I purchased generic inks in other places and ended up getting low quality products. This time I am pleased with my purchase. So far, so good. The ink is crisp and clean. Will buy again. The only downside is that my printer does not recognize the cartridge and keeps telling me I am out of ink. I just click "continue printing". Who cares! I know there is ink in there.

The Dell 926 Printer does not recognize these re-mfr'd inks and will state that the ink is empty and give you multiple screens to click thru asking if you still want to proceed. I guess you could use them if you don't mind clicking thru 5 extra screens for EVERY page that you print.
In addition, you will not know the ink levels because the Dell printer software does not recognize these. Not worth the hassle for the price break- wouldn't call these "compatible"

Wrong product sent and it took 6 emails and a final one of complaint to Amazon to get any feedback as to return unusable product. Was told that they were doing it as a favor to me. What favor they sent the wrong cartridges and were refusing to answer my emails as to how to return them to receive a credit. There was no invoice or any paper work in the package. You are at the mercy of this company if you have any problems. This process took weeks and I ordered ink elsewhere in order to use my printer while they played around with my emails with no answers.
