I recently ordered ink from beta ink. While the ink cartridges work great, I ordered 4, was charged for four, and only received two. I attempted all weekend to reach the company by email, which they said was staffed on weekends, and no one responded. I guess since they got my money, they are done helping me with their mistake.....
