The cartridge worked fine the first time I printed a Test Page on my Dell 720. But as I worked through the default Setup Procedure, the print got dimmer and dimmer until it didn't print at all. A couple of days later, I tried again but skipped the default Setup (by cancelling out of it immediately) and the cartridge printed OK. Now, I just cross my fingers and hope that I haven't been burned. And by the way, the seller was NO HELP AT ALL at any point along the way.
P.S. It looks like the seller has either just changed their name from "TonerPals" to "Compatible" or they've been replaced entirely. I'm a long-time customer of Amazon and I'm surprised they're involved in this sort of thing.
