I bought this 2-pack of ink to save money. Sounds great.. two cartridges for the price of one. Well I was wrong. When I got the ink cartridges in the mail the black one was leaking before I even opened the package. I emailed the 77, Inc. company and they replied right away, saying that it was no problem if I sent it back and they'd give me a refund for the black ink cartridge. So I sent it back with the receipt and a copy of the email they sent me and I never heard back from them, nor was my money refunded. Also, the colored ink cartridge did NOT last long at all. I am currently in collge so I print maybe 20 pages or so a week on average, and after just a couple weeks the colored ink was already running out. Might as well just get the brand-named Dell ink cartridges. It is double the price, but last about 30 times longer than this cheep junk.

My color cartridge was defective. I emailed the seller a few weeks back and still have not received a response.

Installed these cartridges and my printer still thinks its out of ink. Black one doesn't even work so I have to cancel an error message everytime I print and use the color one for everything.
