Good product Jan 19, 2011
By noname The cartridges were packed better than HP, cost less and the first one produced more pages than an HP. I'm pleased and will be a return customer.

This was a great deal . A combo pack of ink that was cheaper than a single ink cartridge . This was like a steal . The quality of the ink is just wonderful . Shipping was quick . I am very satisfied with my purchase .

Steal! Jan 30, 2011
By A. Roach My fiance and I are college students, so we go through A LOT of black ink for the endless amounts of papers we write. I was so excited to see this product, the price, and the reviews that it had gotten. The black is a touch lighter than a true black, but I just use it for papers, so it doesn't bother me in the least bit. (I only really noticed it since that's one of the things often associated with remanufactured ink.) And at $10 for two cartridges, you certainly cannot beat this price anywhere else without finding a product with terrible reviews!! Very impressed and will definitely purchase again, probably sooner rather than later.

These came very quickly, and naturally you can not beat that price for 2 black ink cartridges. I am using them in an HP Deskjet F4180. They fit perfectly; after I inserted the ink cartridge, it began to print the sheet that you need to scan to align the ink cartridge- (this is the usual routine for this printer) The sheet looked fine, and so I did the scan. I then had an 8 page document to print. It all came out perfectly with no smudging or inconsistencies of any kind. I could not be more pleased with the results, and I'm so happy that I didn't go and buy the HP ink, and instead took a chance on these. The envelope arrived with 2 cartridges, each individually sealed in their own plastic bag. They also include a pre-paid- no postage required plastic envelope which says "send us your empty ink cartridges". I don't think this entitles you to any discount though. Unfortunately, the way they packaged the envelope was to put this at the edge and I cut through it when I opened it up; otherwise, I would probably send them my old ones as a way to recycle, and because I like the quality of the product I received and would like them to continue to offer it at such a great price, so why not. I will put up some pictures of the cartridge and the envelope for recycling even though I butchered it, so you can see what you get with this particular refill type, as it is used in more than one type of printer. My HP refill ink cartridge is usually HP 21 for black ink and 22 for color ink. I will order the color next and I will also update as to how this ink fares in the long run.
***Update*** 8/21/11 ink is still going strong, no problems or fading, very happy and will purchase again--I still have the unopened 2nd cartridge that came with the purchase too, come to think of it, so even better.
***Update***11/8/11 So, a few weeks ago, it was time to use the 2nd cartridge that came with 2 pack. (I don't print very often, but I guess that's subjective, so it's hard for me to gauge how much printing I actually got from 1st cartridge, but I would guess it was a decent amount- definitely worth the price, for sure.) Now, this other cartridge however, was apparantly defective, as I received an ink error message as soon as it was installed. I took it out and used just my color HP ink that was already in there and the message went away, so I'm sure it was the ink. I contacted the seller, and to their credit, they promptly replied and said a new cartridge was on the way. They also included another pre-paid envelope for the defective return. Unfortunately, the replacement cart. worked once, then the same error message, (I removed, then reinstalled the cart.) then the message did not reappear and it worked, But- the ink is Very light and seems to begin black-ish and gradually fade down the page. I had just printed a small paragraph and this was the result. So, it seems I will have to replace this and get a new cartridge anyway as I'm not going to bother returning it again considering the low price I paid in the first place.I will leave it up to the buyer to decide whether it is worth trying, but I still feel that just the first cartridge itself was more than worth the price I paid for it. I don't know yet whether I will try them again or not. Maybe I'll see if there is a sale on the HP ink I usually get, but if not, then maybe I'll try these again. Even if 1 of the 2 works as well, it is much cheaper than the HP. I'll let you know.
** 11 / 20/11*** Ok, so I'm here buying the HP brand cartridge refill twin pack(21 /22) because the quality of this replacement cart. is just getting worse, and again I don't print very much, these were just store pick-up receipts, and a 3 paragraph web page, the latter of which were so non-decipherable,that I had to copy from the computer screen to fill in the missing and or half faded words with a pen on the actual "printed" document. Seems to be some have luck with these, others none at all, and maybe there are more who've had my experience of 50% success with a 2 pack. It's just a crap shoot- sometimes you win, sometimes not. At least the first one was well worth the price, and now that the HP ink is on the way, I can get a real idea of which would be a better value in the long run. After it arrives, if I remember I'll print a page with this relatively unused refill ink and a page using the HP ink and post them above so you can gauge the quality side by side. But, since the first one in the 2pk was ok, is that a fair thing to do? I suppose as long as I put a note on it explaining this is the 2nd inferior cart from a 2 pk. Sounds fair I guess, I'm sure people will let me know if it's not, and I'll go from there.

VERY GOOD, BUT DOES NOT LAST LONG Jun 09, 2011
By JT108 The printing quality for this ink is great. I used on waterproof labels and regular copy papers, all comes out great. Only disappointment is the ink used up too quick. For the price I paid for four cartridges, I think it is worth the money.
